Book the Band

The Pine Creek Community Band is available for your community events!

As an all-volunteer organization, there is typically no charge for our performances at community and non-profit events. However, donations are gratefully accepted.

A few things to consider when organizing your concert:

  • The band has approximately 40 members, with instruments, music stands, and percussion equipment. An adequate space of approximately 30ft x 50ft will be needed
  • The band does not provide a sound system. Amplification is generally not required unless your event is very large.
  • Please specify if seating for the band will be provided
  • For outdoor events in the summer, a shelter or shady location is much appreciated!
  • Please let us know if you have special musical requests (e.g. national anthem)
